hey dukkit, im going travelling next week for few months, so gym time will be minimal until i get settled and realistically that will be in the new year

I going to stay on 4 i.u and 200-250mg test so would a simple upper/lower split with compounds and couple isolation help me maintain lbm with half decent diet or am i going to be pissing into the wind and need to accept some losses?

I could prob go to a 3 day split at most, trying to be realistic here and i know from past experience that training will drop down my list of priorities for the first few months.........

Well if youre still gonna be on GH and some test... long as you lift 2-3 times a week... youll maintain just fine. Dont go crazy with eating though. Do your main compound lifts and some steady state cardio here and there. Youll be fine. I havent touched a weight in 2 months and I maintained fine.

As far as eating, i was mainly talking about my protein intake, i like my food so will easily get 100g daily from meat and shake or two on top which will easily be enough, im not worried about gaining b/f as it seems to be nearly impossible (within reason) on gh

Do mind if i pm you in next few days when i put together a simple routine that i will be using

Adex t3 clen all done the trick,no bw to back it up but i have enough experience to know when it works and when it dosnt haha

I heard complaints before but some people on source boards complained, i would say some the complaints are legit.too because alot of them also say that when they emailed their complaint, a replacement was shipped free of charge with no questions asked which in my eyes is excellent customer service and also rare

I was talking to a member recently who got bunk a.i from arr backed by bloodwork and bunk clen, 200mcg and he didnt feel a thing, after long negotions arr eventually sent him free pins, wtf

Not deliberitely trying to bad mouth them but it dukkits so nobody will see this but making a point and that was a perfect example

i made the jump because there is no money in research. i called a friend asking advice on a job interview, next thing you know my friend's boss called me and offered me a job, with zero experience!

i met his boss once and i have another childhood friend that works with the company, and they laid their neck on the line for me. which i will never forget!
