Hey guys, starting lean bulker on moderate cycle.
Objective = lean bulk no sloppy weight but put on a good 12-15LBs
I got a diet in check its not to far off from what I do now. I made some modifiactions and was hoping you could take a look. as you can see theres a few odd things in here im just looking for help.
