I use 10iu (0.1ml) the night before i go to the sunbeds!
I tend to make a 1ml vial last quite a while, I don't bother to load and maintain. That's my personal use. Use as directed!

How often do you go to the sunbeds? I did my first cycle at 0.3mg ED and felt it was too much as I got a whole lot of freckle darkening and a bit of that dirty tan look. So interested in others experiences with low doses.
