For example Test 400 or Sus: Blend test has usually a short and several longer esters in it. In order to take full advantage of the prop one would have to inject ED or EOD. The point of the longer esters is to reduce pinning to E3D or in some cases longer.
If you are not injecting the blend test ED or EOD then you have not taken full advantage of the .25mg or so of prop in most blends. It is simply more logical to either run a short ester and pin more often or run a long ester and pin less often.
If you decide to inject E3D and not use the prop to your advantage (which .25 isn't much of an advantage) then you are loosing out on the mg per week. Thus screwing up your doses!
