Alittle back ground first.,I started workingout about 2years ago now I was 150lbs at 5'11 19 years old..I learned how important eating was the hard way.,with figuring out diet, and yousing projormones at 20 and playing touch and go with gear "yes I was and am too young I know" I'm just concentrating on diet rite now. Imade it up too 197lbs at the beging of this last summer.due too new job and getting married my diet went say down and I went into maiming stage.i got down too 182lbs aweek ago I started my diet aweek ago and now back up too 190lbs my goal is 205lbs but here's my diet I can be more specific if needed..
7am. Cup of oatmeal,4eggs,yogurt,weight gainer drink "250calories"
930am. Weight gainer drink 250calories
11am.steak samwich on wheat bread/and peanutbutter on wheat bread
130pm.weight gain drank 250calories
4pm.creatine/protien drink 25grams protien/peanutbutter on wheat
6:30pm after gym protien drank 25 grams/supper chicken sumthen!! Believe me that's all I keep in the fridge,
9:00pm 2weight gain drinks 500calories mixed with 2tabelspoons olive oil
Will be more specific if needed with carbs protien etc.i drank no carbonated drinks,apple juice,milk,water only
