Hello everyone. Im new to this. Im 20 years old. Im 6'1'' 190 lbs. Im at the gym 4 days out of the week for about a year. It seems to be like Peaked and cant gain any more muscle or lose fat. I used to be 260lbs in high school. Ive been wanting to start body building but ever since it seemed liked I peaked... my self esteem has gone down. I need help?
