It's quite common. After you get your blood work post it up and we will figure something out! There is a restart protocol developed by Michael Scally MD for people whom have the same problems as you, hopefully it can help but first and foremost you need to figure out what the problem is by getting blood work.

Ask for a full hormone panel, main things to look for(write these down and bring to lab so they are included):

Testosterone, free, total and bioavailable
SHBG
FSH
LH
Estradiol
Prolactin


Yes, Nolvadex and Clomid MAY work. For now, find out what's wrong.
