There's no such thing as good oral HGH. If you want to get anything out of HGH you have to inject it and you need to commit to using it for an extended period of time if you want any mass gains out of it. You can get some decent fat loss, composition and rejuvenation effects out of it with 12-16wks of use, but for true mass gains you need at least 6 months IMO.Originally Posted by king212
