My cousin was in hospital and the nurse went to administer morphine and I got into a debate with her because she didn't aspirate in his delt lol she must have thought WTF!

There are instructional videos on youtube that tell people there is no need to aspirate in the delt. Ive pinned the delt for years, only once did I pull blood. Glad I aspirate. Very rare in the delt, but also most injections arent steroids and would probably be harmless.
