1) you should of been running a AI from day one on cycle. This keeps sides under control.
2) You should also of gotten your bf5 to 15% or less before cycle. Your diet and cardio are not right.
3) Run just the 12wks. No need to push it.
4) Stick with just test since this is your first cycle.
5) We have stickies above in red you need to read. AI's, HCG, and PCT all is covered. You should of known all of this before starting.
