I had some binge day today. Started off with scrambled eggs with sausages and then dinner was 2 fillet steak some potatoes and then went to a buddies restaurant had ribs and beef Kung po and a coffee im full.
any ideas on other protein/fat meals??
eating chicken and avocados for the rest of the day is gonna piss me off lol
lol i used to make a stack ( 5 ) of pancakes and then layer jam in between each pancake and on top a BIG scoop of ice cream and some strawberries and then drizzle honey over :P

been up since 3am, went to the gym at 4am, did cardio
thinking of going again...
cutting sucks ballz, lol why cant i just bulk 365 days/year
yea i think i might go back to the gym do some more cardio
lol every time i go just for cardio, i always end up lifting weights, just cant help it..
my last cut i did this, basically supersetted/drop set everything, lost a lot of fat but also decreased in strength, which makes me believe i lost muscle aswell??
so this time i haven't changed my routine, still pushing the same weights, just added more cardio, and trying to cut down on food...
might get back on the clen
