    Thanks for all the advice. Haven't had a cheat meal and probably won't for now. Just wanted to know the sides of a cheat meal during my cycle.

    You are putting all the effort into the cycle keep it clean bro and if you cannot resist the urge to cheat just try to keep it moderate bro.
