    Cutting - Pickles and Tea

I had been having tea everyday but have started adding pickle snacks in. I just had a bowl of them (7 gherkin pickles x 5 calories = 35 calories) and a tea no sugar and feel very full. Since I am doing cardio and weights I feel this is ok in the short term. As I approach my weight loss goal I plan on depleting carbs and sodium to obtain the optimal look. Anyone else having pickles or some other gimmick I have not through of maybe?

    unsweetened tea with aspartame? lol

ive herd green tea to be ok, as there are weight/fat losing properties found in it.
    pickles idk--salty taste--high in sodium?

but hey, if it works, work it.
