Hey Wayniak. Glad to have another SoCal res here. Pete's right. Gotta get a good training routine and nutrition down and bring that bf to 15% or better.

There are a lot of issues around HGH:
- expensive
- most sources are counterfeit
- HGH is best run at moderate to high doses
- HGH needs to be run over longer periods
