In other words OP, they won't deliver nearly the results you anticipated. They're dietary supplements. I would be shocked if you noticed anything from these.

So, what kind of results will I get? Anything noticeable in a first month? AASs = , I do not know this? If I do this Mass Stack from Ar-r, will you be able to tell me how to do this right? Money is not the issue; it's trying to figure out something you are not familiar with, and when they say this is going to give you great results.

Sorry Bob....acronyms become so habitual we sometimes fail to explain everything clearly. Glad you asked.

AAS = anabolic androgenic steroids (aka steroids).

The stack you are referring to is a bunch of vitamins (more or less). The products are not steroids, which I think you may have expected. That's ok, others have made similar mistakes. I cant advise you how best to stack those vitamins. I have never used them.

Now, if your interest is in actual steroids, the best approach is to start with your stats (some of which you mentioned) including age, height, weight, bf% (or best estimate), training experience (years of consistent weight training) and your goals.

From here, guys can make recommendations based on the overall picture you provide. Unfortunately, we cannot provide feedback on where to get steroids. This is an information and education forum and discussions about where to acquire steroids is prohibited.

Don't panic! We'll get this straightened out for you.

Thanks for your info. "MuscleInk", I knew these where not the real thing, but thought they would be the closest I could get. Done "roids" and had excellent results, can I expect anything from these "vitamins"? or should I return them, and find the right product? And, thank-you for taking time out of your schedule to help me.
