Looks pretty good.

Math point: 100mg EOD is 350mg/wk, not 400mg/wk.

It will be interesting to see if you can do Prop for your first cycle. A lot of guys struggle with the injections.

Take Liquidex from AR-R at .25mg EOD. You do not want your E2 to rise.

It wont hurt to start HCG on day one.

One concern: at 216 pounds you must be already carrying some muscle, or you are higher than 20% BF. I would take some time and cut some fat before starting AAS use.
