Age 23 , height 5"7, weight 194 lbs. At one point i dropped down to 163 i was ripped... Then i started to bulk, then i kind of got to busy with work and school and lost motivation and stopped lifting as much... Then i stopped lifting all together... Well Bro I would suggest hitting the diet section.They will help you with all your needs.And I would do some soul searching before you tryed cycling.Beacuse you dont want to be playing around with this stuff its not like a can of protien,You need to show yourself some comment.Beacuse this stuff can and will mess you up.So before you do anything think long and hard.
you should be lifting religiously and be totally dedicated for a while before you can consider doing a cycle. if you're only lifting on/off and may lose motivation from time to time, then maybe you shouldn't put any potentially harmful products into your body, like roids.
