Try not crabbing up this time. If you looked your best a week out from the show and being really full isn't that important in physique anyway, try sticking with what got you to your best leading up to the show all the way though. And when I say fullness isn't that important, in all physique competitions conditioning is far more important than anything else, this includes bodybuilding. In bodybuilding, a good full look is just an added bonus.
