I think you should stop using that PH. The best thing you can do at your age, height and weight is to get a solid diet together. Hit the Nutrition Section for advice on a good diet geared towards your goals. I'm a big fan of creatine and that will help you more than a ph. Train hard, eat right and you will see your gains come.Won't come overnight, but what you get will more than likely be solid.
