white rice
same thing.
White and brown are not the same at all.
Sweet potato
Oats
Ezekiel bread
Brown rice has a lot more b, vitamins magnesium, antioxidants, selenium, healthy fats oils to reduce ldl cholesterol, and most important a great amount of fiber which is very important in digestion and overall health.
White rice is a crap carb imo
Rice (any IMO)
oats
sweet potato/yam
white/red/yellow potato (again, doesn't matter IMO)
beans, lentils, legumes
grits
cous cous
quinoa
To name a few...
Buckwheat, and quinoa. I eat buckwheat almost every day.
Thanks gents. I'm sooooo over all rice (unless it's in sushi) Looks like I have a few other sources that I need to figure out how to make.

Kids cereals
Good old baked sweet potatoes and microwaved oats with water. =)
I love oats. I put some frozen fruit it them and then they melt into the oats. I have it everyday.
oats, bulgur, whole wheat pasta, potatoes, and the list could go on.
