Nope I've checked it out before and remember it being legal for personal use, although it's considered a class c drug as long as you don't have a lot you'll be fine.
I was reading on another forum some guys bought "sh!t loads" from Thailand, got stopped by UK customs at the airport, they told the officers what they had, and nothing was confiscated as apparently it is up to the officers discretion what amount is considered personal use.
Still wouldn't risk it though.
