Its "pennsylvania dutch" which is just a dialect of german.

    However I have been wrong before so dukki could bt 100% right..

    I also want to say I don't respect the amish religion or anything of that nature. They are honest in business and deffiantly have a level of compassion but overall, I can't respect the amish church, etc.
