Hell no... I'm at 17-20% if I had to guess and I doubt I've ever been under 10% in my whole life; and I've been in the gym for 18 years busting my ass. I'm FAR from a bad ass in any way. I just find it absolutely amusing that there are dudes on here that are claiming to be at 7-8%; yet they have only done a cycle of DBol and think drinking Muscle Milk twice a day is a "diet".
