TV in general is a man's worst enemy today, especially in light of the sitcoms. By most counts, most TV shows (be they reality or not) tend to make men out to be little better than useful idiots who need their woman to guide them on the correct path in life because they are simple too ignorant. In other words, the woman can make it without the man, but not vise versa. Or that's my personal observation anyhow....

Actually- the garbage keeps getting worse because people are watching it. My girl is excited to see the previews for "All My Baby Momma's". I guess its a new reality show about a rapper whom has 11 kids by 10 different women; and they all live together..... lol.
Between American Idol, X Factor, Honey Boo Boo, All My Baby Momma's, Kardashian's, Ice Loves Coco....... you end up with nothing but garbage on TV.

I got rid of cable a year ago, I've saved hundreds of dollars and there's more than enough quality programming on Netflix and many TV stations offer shows right from their website.

I actually do not own a tv either. If a show is really , really good I will download or stream it. Sometimes when I am at a friends house I will sit down a watch some tv for a little while. After about half an hour I feel myself getting depressed especially if its pure shit like one of the talk shows or reality tv. My roommate loves to turn this guy on every day and listen to his utter bullshit about how to live a healthy satisfying life
