THANK YOU... someone is at least realistic.... and I am with you on those numbers. How the fvck a cycle of Test C and Tren gives people this magical "I'm 7%" attitude is beyond me. I'm still waiting to find someone other than me that knows what hydrochlorothyizide is...... uh duh.

    I'm thinking The Conditioned Classic....

    Different classes like...

    1. Men's Natty
    2. Men's Open
    3. Women's Open

Feed back please and thank you. I'd also like to hear from the current Bulk Classic competitors and judges. I need 4 members to step forward and be dedicated judges.

    That is all for now.

thatd be good! i think performance would be interesting.. i dont know what capacity it would be measured? maybe something like LBM vs bench, squat, dead in some percentage form or measurable form?

also a 1mile run time would be interesting as well. of course all these factors would be fudgeable (i know its not a word ) so we would be on our honor.

    just throwing ideas at u..

I don't think strength should come into it. To complicated for remote participants IMHO. It should simply be improvement in conditioning from the start of the contest to it's end. Not necessarily the most cut as it's not a bodybuilding contest. Simply the most "improved contestant" is what I'm thinking.

We don't need to over complicate it, IMO.

^^ the only problem with that kel is the guys that are in pretty good shape now (like me ) are not gonna improve too much vs the lazy chubbys that sit around all day except when they go to the gym to lift!

There's always next time and you could be one the judges. Actually that would be great especially if there's a good turn out in the women's open class. What do you think?

405 maybe catagories geared toward beginner, intermediate and advanced.....

  14. #54
I don't think lift numbers should really be included because besides people being able to make shit up form can play a huge role in what you can lift for a given set.

i tell u, organizing an online contest presents many challenges!

its unfortunate to think we cant have certain events due to potential for dishonesty. i mean, if ur not honest, really whats the freaking point? what u won an online weightlifting contest because u lied? LOL.. oh stop the presses..

No- I'm tired of dudes coming on here claiming to be 5' "something" and weighing in at 200 lbs @ 7-8% body fat after some creatine, chicken, a muscle milk, some Anavar tabs, and 6 months in the gym....

Best guess: TOTAL body fat around 6-8ish %. That would include all adipose tissue.

However... I HIGHLY doubt you maintain that year round and got therefrom a single cycle of whatever......

+1. Is there an official targeted start date for this contest regardless of what categories there are?

I'm not talking about seasoned vets in that statement... geez.. explained it 3 times now. But.. yea; BOD POD is wrong. It can't count all adipose tissue......

hmm.. i cant comment on this because i simply do not know but would like an elaboration! from my understanding the bod pod does count total body fat including (but not limited to) essential fat between organs and ribs and all that good stuff!

At the end of the day...does it matter what BF% I or some method says I am? It's about how I look naked....who gives a shyt if some measuring technique says 7% or 12%. If you use the same methos each time then you can at least track improvement.

Because everytime you ask someone to post stats when they are posting cycle questions: They are 5'2" 220 lbs with 7% body fat... I don't know how you look naked; post a pic.

Then you would be tempted to buy me an $800 coat and I wouldn't feel right about it

Dude...get out of the lounge and spend a solid week in Q&A fielding questions...then bitch to me about ppl saying stupid shyt! Most ppl guess and have no clue. I figure I'm somewhere in the 20% neighborhood but I might be way off! Frankly I don't care! I know what my goal is and it's not based on a BF% number. Again...405 loves the bod pod. How true the measurment is, who knows. But it gives him a scale to use. He can see what kind of improvements he is making!

Honestly Dan, you have been lementing over this same subject for days and I am not sure why it is soooo friggin important to you!

There is adipose tissue (white or brown fat cells) in bone, in between muscle fibers, etc. Furthermore- once you have a fat cell; you always have it. It doesn't burn off; it shrinks. BOD POD uses air displacement to calculate body mass; how does air displacement discover how much of your bone marrow has fat? How does it calculate fat cells between muscle fibers?

As I stated- 10%. You're 9% is probably accurate EXCLUDING fat in bone marrow and such; which then puts you probably at 10% at least depending on your skeletal structure.

Because accuracy is key in being able to help each other. This is the internet; people actually trust what is stated here enough to dose based on an "unknown" persons opinion. Some dude comes on here and gives stats that are incorrect even with something simple like basic diet; his incorrect stats lead to an incorrect amount of calories, protien, etc. suggestions.

How do I help someone that is full of shit? You ask me for my "expertise" or opinion- but you lie about your stats or over estimate what you want to think it is.... That's why I don't spend much time in Q&A. I've been here for 8 years- I've learnt some things. I also learned that garbage in = garbage out for formulas.... so unless someone knows within somewhat accurate #'s where they are... I'm not getting involved.

AND... after spending 16+ years in the gym busting my ass; I'll be damned if I'm gonna keep my mouth shut when some 20 year old dude the same height as me comes in claiming to be 15+ pounds more than me at 8% body fat off one cycle..... I'm gonna call bullshit every time....

Two or three categories. Beginner and advanced or those two with intermediate

Also a woman's category or perhaps competing in an 'open' category. Men and woman and any level of fitness

I think your expectation of information on the internet is a bit high...this will no doubt lead to dissapointment lol. You can only do the best with the info you are given. The reality is that every 35 y.o, 8% 235, 6'2" guy lifting for 15 years could ...in all actuality be 17, 25%, 275, 5'8" and never been to the gym.

    It is what it is!

I'd like to see a well run cut classic. There could be classes based on size and BF%.
