    Not necessarily. I am right handed and have a thicker and fuller looking left bicep, it also peaks more.

    OP: If you want your left bicep to catch up to your right bicep, here is a trick that most people aren't aware of and hence wouldn't be able to advice. When you do deadlifts, make sure your right hand is at the under-grip position in every set (especially heavy sets), this will allow the fascia to stretch more in that area, giving your right bicep more room to grow and peak eventually.

    I'm the same way...right handed but my left bicep is slightly bigger and has a better peak. Good advice on using the deadlift grip to equal things up!

    I'm also in the same boat just opposite. I'm a lefty but my right bicep is bigger with more of a peak ,but it's weaker. Doesn't make sense.

    So the bicep you want to allow to grow more will be the one you use an underhand grip for the dead lift? or the other way?
