need advice

Hi I'm 42 6'3' 180lbs 11% bf. I've been on anadrol 50 for the last 5 weeks at 100mg a day.I now have tren and test cypionate so before I introduce those to my cycle I would like to know how much and how long to run during this cycle.Also proper after care.

Ive done several cycles over the past but tren is new to me and as I researched it I still like an opinion from someone who knows from experience. Thanks

why don't you do some research on AI's, PCT, and HCG. After you research a little bit, lay out your complete cycle plan, and we can critique it!

@lunk orals only aren't as bad as many on this forum make it out to be. He'll probably keep all of his gains since he's adding test and tren. Not an ideal cycle, but definitely not the worst idea to ever hit these forums. (such as shooting HCG in your ballsack)

My point is that Abombs will shut you down and he is not introducing Test. I would never want to be in that position!

Used 500mg test enanthate for second and third week while waiting for new gear.

My past cycles have always been test and anadrol or d-bol or winstrol v. But I've never stepped up from there.

What kind of tren do you have ? A, H or E ? and how much per mg ? do you have anything planned for PCT , and are you running Ai?
