This is my first post here, I have never cycled before and I'm currently bulking (as clean as possible). My stats are in my profile, I don't think any other information is needed. If you want me to post anything else about myself, go on.
Diet consisting of 4000 calories on training days, 3500 on non training days. I try to track my macros as closely as possible (I cook all the food I eat, fact that helps).
320g protein
80g fat
480g carbs
and my gains slowed down during the last months. Eventually, I started storing some fat, so I thought on taking some oxandrolone for a short period to see if it can help keep my gains up. Since my objective is gaining some extra 10 pounds of lean mass over the next 4-5 months, while maintaining my bf% under control, I thought oxan could be the best choice.
I know that the fact that oxan is an oral drug makes it hepatotoxic, but at 30 mg every day divided in 3-10mg takings would not be a problem. I also considered that since it does not aromatise, and that it would not cause any strong side in what regards my endogenous production of test.
Most arguments against oxan focus on its price, but I don't mind at all about it. What I want is something that will keep up my gains with minimal sides.
I thought on 20mg/day during 4 weeks to assess tolerance, possible sides and gains, and maybe going on to 30mg/day for 6 weeks if everything goes OK.
for PCT and liver protection during and after the cycle I thought on some supplements like silymarin, milk thistle etc.
I'm just not sure if SERMS would be needed. Need help about that.
Looking for suggestions, ideas about dosages and all kind of opinions about my plans !
