    Anavar for clean bulking?

    Hello guys,

    This is my first post here, I have never cycled before and I'm currently bulking (as clean as possible). My stats are in my profile, I don't think any other information is needed. If you want me to post anything else about myself, go on.

    Diet consisting of 4000 calories on training days, 3500 on non training days. I try to track my macros as closely as possible (I cook all the food I eat, fact that helps).

    320g protein
    80g fat
    480g carbs

    and my gains slowed down during the last months. Eventually, I started storing some fat, so I thought on taking some oxandrolone for a short period to see if it can help keep my gains up. Since my objective is gaining some extra 10 pounds of lean mass over the next 4-5 months, while maintaining my bf% under control, I thought oxan could be the best choice.

    I know that the fact that oxan is an oral drug makes it hepatotoxic, but at 30 mg every day divided in 3-10mg takings would not be a problem. I also considered that since it does not aromatise, and that it would not cause any strong side in what regards my endogenous production of test.

    Most arguments against oxan focus on its price, but I don't mind at all about it. What I want is something that will keep up my gains with minimal sides.

    I thought on 20mg/day during 4 weeks to assess tolerance, possible sides and gains, and maybe going on to 30mg/day for 6 weeks if everything goes OK.

    for PCT and liver protection during and after the cycle I thought on some supplements like silymarin, milk thistle etc.
    I'm just not sure if SERMS would be needed. Need help about that.


    Looking for suggestions, ideas about dosages and all kind of opinions about my plans !

    You won't get any advise on this board regarding AAS use at your age.

    It is a good thing that you have never cycled before, again, given your age. You won't need to be cycling AAS for another 5 years since you are young, healthy and have plenty of naturally occurring hormones that will allow you to build a solid base.

    On a further note, human body responds to patterns/trends regarding diet, training, AAS use and whatnot, thus you can't adjust your daily caloric intake in accordance with training and non-training days, that's not how you bulk, which is further proof that you'll need to learn a lot more about nutrition before messing with AAS.

    Lastly, supplements like silymarin and milk thistle don't protect the liver at all, which should be another reason for you to not believe everything you read on the internet. Best liver protection would be staying the hell out of orals for the rest of your life.

    ^^^ Good thing you realize we are not here to put down young people by telling them that we won't give them any advice regarding AAS use, other than advising them not to use it.

    Your endocrine metabolism continues to develop until the age of 24, and a possible interference with your endocrine metabolism as in the example of use of exogenous Testosterone or its derivatives may damage it more than it may damage a 30 year old's. This may indeed lead to a series of adverse health issues such as low Testosterone levels, loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, issues with ejaculation, severe depression and etc. Ask yourself if is it really worth it?

    I am coming from a family in which there is not a single muscular person. Asian-built small-frame, both sides of parents are like this. When I started lifting at the age of 18, I gained 10lbs of muscle naturally within the first year, my legs, back and core developed more than I could have imagined. I was eating 3 large meals and a snack everyday, believe it or not, I didn't start using a single supplement until the age of 25 since I didn't feel the need for it, let alone AAS. I was lucky to have a big appetite for sure, I love all sorts of natural protein and can eat a lot in one sitting, never had a problem with either eating or eating big. After 3 years of 5 day single muscle group workout routine, 8-9 hr of sleep everyday, staying away from tobacco, alcohol and drugs, my stats were 5'7 180lbs with 12% BF. People who are my height use roids to achieve these stats and I pity them for their lack of overall discipline.

    To make the long conversation short, you have many years ahead of you to develop your intellectual faculties regarding training, nutrition and proper AAS use. Once you have established a strong base not only regarding your physique but also these other fields, then you can come back and ask for a cycle advise, since we're not going anywhere. Neither are you.
