When I in my late teens and early 20s I use to work out 6x a week 2hrs a day and had a great diet. I could not get past 160lbs. 5' 8". Many years later and especially after finding this site I realized my great diet sucked. lol It's one of those things when how you think/know you are right and how much you know but the older you get the more you realize you were wrong and how little you really know.
