its got a fairly short half life, and i read that people were taking it more than once a day, i split mine into 2 dosages, first 50 mcg in the am before work and the second 50 mcg when i get home from work (45mins-1hr) before my workout
havent personally tried it before bed, i was thinking of making it 3 dosages a day and having some before bed, but havent got around to doing it, im keen to try it aswell though
