    I am able to use BP mainly and if it gets bad I recognize the ED issues as being E2 related. Not to mention my overall felling of well being!

    Sure...I check my BP weekly...if it's higher than normal then thereis a solid chance my E2 is elevated. At this point I can feel when my BP is high and adjust accordingly!
