    no 500mg per week, frontloaded 1st pin 625mg

    once i start the prop at 150mg EOD, that works out to 525mg per week..

    Holy shnit! I just reread this post and realized that your FIRST PIN EVER was 2.5mL/625mg

    Good luck and delt shots are a bit nicer for pip. Easier to get away with than your legs because your always walking.

    i can;t walk now, so couldn't do a workout today

    fk...

    well every pin of test c from now is only 1ml lol... and the prop will be 1.5ml..

    i think i should have split the dosage up into 2 shots and picked 2 different sites... lol oh well im already learning from this cycle lol and i haven;t even been on for 24 hours lol..

    The learning curve is sharp and swift

    Shooting cyp is baby poop compared to prop. 1.5mL of prop will probably be comparative to what you have done. As you progress, this will subside. You have virgin muscle and it's not used to the pockets of oil and hormone you are feeding it. Prop is painful by nature, and cyp tends to be more smooth. I would recommend shooting delts because avoiding use is more comfortable than avoiding use of your legs. In my first cycle, I would also split up small shots and do 2 per shot day just to alleviate the stress I'm putting on the site. Here's a good pattern;
    Left delt, right glute. Next shot day; right delt, left glute. Next shot day; left delt, right quad and so on. Smaller shots won't kick AS BAD, but still can kick... Just not mule kick lol. I should also mention that I would do the majority of the shots in the delts for a couple weeks and lesser amounts in the quads or glutes at first to introduce the substance slowly.

    soo approximately 5 days before it stops hurting like a b!tch... grr

    looks like im moving my bed into my kitchen, so i won't have to walk far to eat lol..

    Maybe less, Everyones different. I just had a bad bout from a sloppy injection and limped around like tool for a few days. I keep on it and fight the pain. Force the movement and work the muscle. I try to jog it off now, but the first time was gawd awful! Tried to run a little bit and imagined it was some emergency, but I failed miserably and almost collapsed. Its less painful each time you revisit the spot. To bad you will be shooting EOD soon lol. I'm sub'd now
