    Ok i read somewhere about tappering but ok nevermind.

    Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate / 500 mg split twice a week
    Wk 1-10 Arimidex .25mg every other day

    PCT wk 13 to wk 17
    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/2

    Now about the PCT i have some doubts what does the 75/50/50/50 mean? 75mg first week, 50 mg the next 3 weeks? and is it everyday ?
    been tryin to figure it out sorry

    Started working out at 15 got serious at 17 had a break from 21 to 22 due a car accident lost my hard earned gains, then busted my ass this 2 years got nice gains back , muscle memory is awesome

    195 - 200 lb
    BF around 13% is what i been told at the gym

    Current diet
    200g prot
    400-450 carbs
    80-100 fat
    3300 calories


    Diet during Cycle
    400 prot
    500 carbs
    120 fats
    4500 calories


    feel free to critic my diet and anythin wrong thanks mates.

    PD : is it agains rules ask about brands quality/reliability
