    Yes, it is easy to over-train on Tren, plain and simple.

    This is also another reason why we don't advice newbies to experiment with Tren on this board (I am not suggesting that you are one), because their history of training is limited and they would be much more inclined to injuries while on Tren.

    I have never heard this before but it makes perfect sense. A lot of newbies might not even get the sides but if they haven't perfected their form through years of practice, I can see how Tren can lead to major injuries.
