    I do flat bench , incline db , cable flys ,db an bb press , side laterals

    In person when I got a shirt on every one always says my chest is the biggest thing on me !!! Idk man my body all ****ed up

    Join the club. I have a decent chest and horrendous, tiny little shoulders. It looks so fcking weird with a puffed out chest that dips right around the front delt area.

    Dont get me wrong. It's not like i'm saying it looks bad, you just have a more developed back. We all hold fat in different places. All my fat goes right to my lower back and in turn makes my entire back look like crap imo.

    I have this problem too. I don't have a particularly wide back to begin with, and to make matters worse, I have a short torso. Add to that a few lbs of bodyfat which, like you, I store most of on my lower back - and my V-taper quite literally disappears. I wind up being shaped more like a beer can.

    Sorry for the hijack OP.
