I take the golden flax cereal... Nonfat Greek yogurt, strawberries and blueberries and I make a parfait out of it for my mid morning snack sometimes and it taste so delishhhh

Sounds awesome. I make a 'ghetto' parfait... just nonfat Greek, stevia, blueberries, and raw oats. Yours sounds much better!

I like it... Food for life makes golden flax cereal and it actually doesn't taste too bad

Yep... I've seen but never bought it. Actually haven't had any of their cereals, only breads and their English muffins. Guess I have something new to add to the shopping list this week!
