there is nothing worse than running low carbs day in and day out for weeks and months! ive done it and hate it and will never go back to it!

one thing i would like to say here that i would add to the carb cycle is fasting. not every day but on non-training days! awesome! it frees up calories as well at the end of the day u can eat a huge meal and really stuff urself if u feel so inclined. i dont know about yall but i like stuffing myself!

it also teaches discipline (which we all need) as well as how to deal with hunger. lets face it if u dont eat for 21hrs EOD u will get hungry! BUT it can be managed.. not to mention the feeling of accomplishment u will get not only for being successful at overcoming hunger and fasting but also for the progress u will make if ur diet is set up properly!
