Pretty low mate. Around 4-5 liters of water a day standard. I don't drink alcohol. Macros roughly 300 protein, 200 carb, 80 fat. Food very clean. If it helps I was weighed and since around mid december to start of feb I've put on around 13 pounds. Now body fat I can't see it as im very lean all year round anyway and im not consuming enough calories to put on much fat if any. So I can only put down a couple of pounds of muscle and the rest water.... I have gained a fair amount of mass, but I have noticed the water retention. One day my arms are full very dry and veiny the next im smooth all over. If it adds to it I usually always have striations over my shoulders and chest, veins down legs and abs. But this is very seldom now. It comes and goes, one day I can be very dry but that only happens about once a week. Rest of the time im a sponge! Plus my face seems to go up and down like a yo yo, one day defined jaw line next look like im 20 stone ffs.
