I was using for 46 yrs since age 14. After the 90's it was the real, real hard stuff. Like in the arm stuff. So I only have 1 yrs and 4 months but doing great now that I'm back in the gym and eating. Since on SSD I only have to concentrate on training. Petty cool huh. ...mike
