And why you decide to cycle for that amount of time?
8 weeks. I quit making gains after 6 weeks everytime
12 wks long est but this time am going to do a 10 wk first time prop and npp.
Short esters at 8 weeks for me. No reason I can think of any benefit going longer for me.
I go way way beyond weeks. And for me I never ever stop growing especially if diets n check
I'm with you "breakbones" and we are all different. There are general standards that seem to pan out for many and that is a good thing. My body just doesn't want to grow much. it never, ever has been prone to grow easy and no matter how I good I look or what my size is, My genetics keep me on the not very strong side. I would always follow the majority view and standard until i have enough self experience to make other choices. for me, I only know long cycles, but agree that diet is just so important. ...crazy mike
12-14 weeks with long esters seems to work well for me.
5 months.....
12 weeks if the gains keep coming I may add a week or so

Right now, long as possible. After 16 years i think i'm fine for longer cycles.
Not to hi-jack this post but - what happens with long cycles? Arent you garanteed to shut your shit down for good?
It's not a guarantee that you wont recover. It's just harder on your body to and thus the chance that you wont recover becomes greater. And I'm not endorsing taking really long cycles.
You wouldn't ever do an 8 week cycle with a long ester test though. It's just too short of a cycle for a long ester to be seeing enough gains.
