    So sick!

Ugh, I've been super sick with a stomache virus all week. I can't keep down broth. I weighed in this morning at a pathetic 164lbs, the smallest I've been since high school. I feel completely defeated. On top of that I'm getting the full body dysmorphia going on right now. F***, sorry guys, I don't have any other outlet right now.

I had to look that up didn't know what it was but it looks like thats the ticket. If I feel like I might be able to hold food down what I usually do is eat my favorite most fattening foods. You're so hungry by that point it tastes like you've been smoking all day or something.

OP i feel for you. I have not been able to put two weeks at the gym in a row in almost 2 months. I have this super bug respitory infection which is viral and just needs to run its course. It has come back 4 times in 60 days. Sucks so much

I know you guys are going to think im bullshitting but I will drink 2 cartons of juice a day when sick and find most stuff is gone in a few days this way. I don't have a scientific explanation other than the vitamin C and fluids flushing does it.

I've tried drinking juice, it comes back up immediately. I can't even keep broth down.

Any time I get sick, i starve it out for 1-2 days and barely drink. Just enough water and maybe a popsicle to stay alive. Depending on how
I feel, I will try and eat a few pieces of toast. If it holds for 3-4 hours, I binge eat until I can't, wait a few hours and do it again. I don't stay sick long

I had a serious stomach virus/flu. Lost 10 lbs in 1.5 weeks. Sucks but nothing you can do.

I started getting sick yesterday and today have began my juice regimen. Not stomach sick just cold sinus sore throat. I made it through the first carton and am going through the second. Want to see how quick I can get over this. This appears to be a normal cold not a superbug or flu.
