yeah, I think I am goign to start havign protien shake with every meal. I eat the detour bar after the workout b/c I can have it RIGHT after toe work out on my drive home from the gym. Then I usually eat another meal within a hour or two af teh workout. I guess I shoudl start drinking shake like crazy and maybe up the workout intensity/frequency.
