    2/3 cup brn rice (cooked)
    4 0z. chix breast


    Meal #2

    Large lettuce salad
    2 packs of albacore tuna 36/2/4 180
    handfull of honey roasted almonds
    handfull of dried cranberries

    Meal #3

    Whey protein 44/10/4/252
    1/2 cup Oats 5/27/3/150

    Meal #4

    6oz lean sirloin center cut
    bag of mixed seasoned veggies

    Meal #5
    1 cup cottage cheese
    handfull of cranberries
