Hi fellow bodybuilders I'm just wanting abit of info off someone that know the score and they have maybe been in the same place as me. I'm wanting to bulk up and I'm starting ASAP, I'm on test 400,deca and dbol I'm 6"2 98kgs. My strict diet is chicken veg and 100g rice cous cous or lentils and I'm having this four times a day every 3 hours. For my breakfast I'm having 200g of porridge and a shake aswell as two more shakes around workout time and before bed. I will be drinking 6litres of water through the day to keep me hydrated as I always do.i train 5days a week for an hour followed by half hour cardio and two days rest. I've already got my workout programmes sorted and that which is no problem at all as I've been working out on and off for 10 years now so I know how to lift correctly and all the exercises for different muscle groups. I'm basically wanting to know with me having all this food, steroids, rest, hardworking and the rest what gains I should be looking at or gain??...this is a strict 12 week course so all the words on here are what will happen.
