hey, i'm giving the low carb fad a try!! what's everyones opinion on the best low carb protein powder available?

first of all, low carb diets are hardly fab diets. they have been used for half a century or more. second, i think optimum whey is the best. i like the chocolate in water.

Agree with both points....low carb diets WORK...end of story. Not saying they are the best.,..but not a fad. As FrkyBgStok said...optimum choc with water...good choice.
