Don't forget to run cholesterol labs after 6 weeks. If your LDL isn't through the roof you will need to add 200-300 grams of cream cheese per meal along with 3-4 bowls of ice cream.

Keep in mind you'll need to start eating 5-10 chocolate bars a day 3 weeks out from your comp as its good for the skin. If you don't wanna run such a harsh compound for so long you can front load the chocolate bars 10 days out at 13.3 bars/day.
