I eat 1.5lbs a day roughly plus 12 eggs.
I eat meat in 3/6 of my meals by 200g(cooked)
= 600g(cooked)/day
+ fish
Well mine is skewed cuz i get protein from pancakes (about 120g)
In addition to this i eat another 2.5lbs meat per day
Typically i have found beef and chicken have approx 100g pro per pound. On training days i get 350-450g protein which would be equivalent to 3.5-4.5 pounds per day
(There i feel better now after clarification)

Try to eat 2+ lbs but not always easy.
Every day:
8oz chicken (breast, ground, sometimes turkey)
1/2pound xtra lean ground round or moose (sometimes Lamb to mix things up)
8oz fish (tuna,salmon,cod,halibut)
If you count eggs as meat, 3 whole eggs daily
On a bulk....4.5 pounds/day
On a cut....about 2.5 pounds/day
Every post I read after this one... Just wasn't the same my mind was in the gutter for sure
Currently on 2.5kilo a day. 4 chicken breasts and one steak,
alot...mostly chicken(raised by us) venison, walleye and perch. Also pheasant, grouse, duck and lots of goose jerky
My wife tends about an acre in a half garden. She grew up in the city so my mom had to teach her the in and outs a bit lol. We also have an amish community not to far away and I buy a half of beef from them and a half hog as well. Its pretty cool seeing my son picking ducks with me, etc. I have already started to show him how you butcher a deer. We process all of our own venison, I actually plan on building a smokehouse next summer.
