The best part of short cycles for me is that i also lower my body fat a considerable amount. Right now i am 23 years old. 6 foot even. 200 lbs with body fat of 9%. In 4 weeks i will be 205lbs with bf 7%. I do take advantage of my 2 week cycle by running on the tread mill like a crazy man for 2 weeks. I run while on gear. So per year i only do cardio for a total of 6 weeks. And i stay lean and the mass keeps packin on slowly but surely!
