Pregnenolone <5 13-208
Start supplementing wit Pregnenolone 100 mg daily for the first two weeks and then cut back to 50 mg daily thereafter. This is alarming low and there's a reason for that. You're not converting DHEA to Pregnenolone very well.

DHEA-S 213 45-345
Not bad but better at the top of the reference range. See the Sticky on HCG there's a good section I put in there on DHEA supplementation. You do better adding in 25 mg of DHEA twice daily as well.

IGF-I 171 52-328
Fine.

Z-score 0.4 -2.0-+2.0
Dihydrotestosterone 9 16-79
This is too low and probably because of your suppressed levels of Testosterone. This must come up...

TSH 1.94 0.35-4.94
FreeT3 2.96 1.71-3.71
Free T4 1.02 0.70-1.48
Thyroid looks fine with what's presented here but I'd like to see more labs just in case.

total Test 214.6 196-782
Test, Free 5.87 5.2-18.0
Test bioavailable 131 119-470
Test % free 2.7 1.5-3.1
With the exception of % Free all other values are suppressed as you know. I don't see LH/FSH/Prolactin labs here and they are needed to understand why your serum Testosterone levels are where they are.

SHBG 17 12-59
Good.

Estradiol 20 11-44
Good, BUT is this a sensitive assay?

Total PSA 0.64 0.00-4.00
Free PSA 0.14
% Free PSA 21.88
Good.

Dosages:
30mg Armour Thyroid daily
.4ml Pregenolone creme daily
Your not absorbing very well and that's why your lab for this is so low. Try purchasing the micronized pill for of Pregnenolone at the doses recommended above.
.3ml Test C 2x week
If my math is correct this is about 60 mg of Test Cyp per week and is a very low dose. You may want to talk to your Doc about upping this to 60 mg twice a week to get your serum levels up.
various supplements...B complex, D, folic acid, magnesium, Omega 3 ect..

Doctor does seem to be well versed in TRT treatment/weight loss, that is his clinics primary practice.

Anything else???
If he's well versed in TRT what are his opinions of your current blood work presented here?
