well for myself it feels very good to walk around at 10% or less bf all the time! vascularity feels good. those veins swollen with blood! tight skin.. nothing jiggles when i jump up and down! clothes fitting hasnt been a problem for so long i dont even remember what its like! plus people treat u better.. i had a guy today ask me just today when the competition was! my pursuit to 6% which didnt happen (maybe next year when i am cycling and introduce t3 and tren to the mix) i definitely questioned whether it was worth it. the suffering and deprivation was cumulative and continuous.. whew.. it was tuff! it took me about 3 weeks for the hunger to subside after i switched to maintenance!
